Abstract

The Module ”The Importance of Supporting Children in the Transition from Middle School to High School” highlights both theoretical and practical aspects of supporting students through the transition from middle school to high school. In the first part of the module, several theories related to educational transition are presented, allowing parents to explore various concepts associated with the transition. In the second part, parents will learn about their role in the transition process and how they can support their children in school activities. Additionally, they will identify the school's role in facilitating the transition from middle school to high school. The module includes brainstorming activities that engage participants and help identify key aspects of the course. In addition to the theoretical content, the module also features practical activities to help participants deepen their understanding of the material.

This module is part of the materials dedicated to the training of parental educators.
